I decided since Thanksgiving is almost here, I would share a family recipe with you. This was my Grandma's recipe and is a yummy way to use up some of that leftover turkey.
Have great weekend!
Turkey Tomorrow
3 cups cubed cooked turkey

4 hard cooked eggs
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups minute rice (uncooked)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise

dash pepper
4 cups crushed potato chips
Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Mix lightly then put 2 cups potato chips in mixture and stir. Put is a 9" x 13" casserole dish and put the rest of the potato chips on top.
